Inspiration Academy - Terms and Conditions 1. Enrolment: All enrolments are subject to availability. Submission of a completed enrolment form and payment of the registration fee secures a spot in the desired class. 2. Fees and Payment: Tuition fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis. No refunds for missed classes; however, makeup classes may be arranged subject to availability. 3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least a month before the start of the term. Cancellations after the term commences will not be eligible for a refund. 4. Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance is crucial for academic progress. Students are expected to arrive punctually for each class. Parents or guardians must notify the academy in advance of any absences. 5. Communication: All communication, including notices and updates, will be sent through the contact details provided during enrolment. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform the academy of any changes in contact information. 8. Privacy: Personal information provided during enrolment will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for administrative purposes. 9.
